Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Artomatix is seeking a part-time Support Officer to work from home and join our dynamic team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide product support and technical assistance to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures - Proactively identify and escalate potential issues to senior management

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus
