Support Representative

Plynk, a leading financial technology company based in Dublin, is seeking a passionate and energetic Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.

As a Support Representative at Plynk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. You will assist users with account inquiries, technical issues, and general support requests to ensure a positive experience with our platform. Additionally, you will work closely with the product and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong decision-making skills and a natural inclination towards innovation. You should be able to think on your feet and proactively seek out solutions to customer problems. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are a must for this position.
