Support Representative

WarDucks, a leading augmented reality game development company based in Dublin, is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our players and assisting them with any inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to player inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to players - Assist with account management and billing inquiries - Collaborate with the development team to escalate bugs and issues as needed - Proactively identify common player issues and provide feedback to improve the overall player experience - Stay up-to-date on game updates and new features to accurately assist players

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong research and planning skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with gaming industry trends and terminology - Experience with CRM software is a plus
