Position: Support Representative Company: Hilton Location: Limerick, Munster, IE Job Type: Part-time Seniority: Entry Level Years of Experience: 0
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay knowledgeable about Hilton products and services to better assist customers - Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Independent and passionate individual with a strong desire to help customers - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent project management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well in a team environment - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
