Support Representative

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with order tracking, product inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. 5. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
