Job Description - Support Representative

Job Description:


ActionPoint, a leading technology company based in Limerick, Munster, IE, is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Document and track customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system - Assist in the development of knowledge base articles and training materials for customers - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Reliable and driven individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong presentation skills and ability to innovate solutions for customers - Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
