Job Description:
As a Support Representative at DHL, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients while working remotely from your home in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with Visa sponsorship available. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being dedicated and hardworking.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing technical support for our products and services via phone, email, and chat. 3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all communication. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilizing project management skills to prioritize and manage workload efficiently. 6. Using negotiation skills to find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company. 7. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Supporting employees in their personal and professional development.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 5. Experience in a customer service or support role is preferred. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
