Support Specialist

Job Description:

Hexafly is seeking a confident and passionate Support Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. You will work closely with our team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, as well as provide feedback to improve our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Work closely with our product development team to provide feedback on customer issues and product improvements. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. 5. Assist with training new team members on customer service best practices. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 3. Confident and passionate personality traits. 4. Strong persuasion and decision-making skills. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. 9. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
