Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Property Button is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven, adaptable, have strong time management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote technical support to internal and external stakeholders. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues. 3. Assist with user account management and password resets. 4. Document and track all support requests and resolutions. 5. Communicate effectively with team members and users to provide excellent customer service. 6. Collaborate with other support specialists to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in remote support tools and software. 6. Experience with ITIL best practices is a plus.
