Support Specialist

GirlCrew, a leading social networking platform for women, is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and technical support to our users.

Responsibilities: - Respond to user inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to users - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless user experience - Monitor and analyze user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of support resources and materials - Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to effectively support users

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong planning and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of social media platforms and technology trends - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
