Support Specialist

Job Description:

As a Support Specialist at TikTok Dublin, based in Waterford, Munster, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our users. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for confident and passionate individuals who possess strong planning and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, and phone - Providing technical support for app-related concerns - Guiding users through troubleshooting steps and resolving their issues efficiently - Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems - Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support roles - Confidence and passion for helping others - Strong planning and innovation skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Familiarity with social media platforms and apps - Flexibility to work part-time hours with occasional overtime
