Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join GirlCrew, a fast-growing company based in Dublin, Ireland. As a Remote Web Chat Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience who are driven, adaptable, and possess excellent soft skills such as research and strategic planning.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries, provide support, and solve problems in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to address customer questions and provide accurate information - Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer experience and satisfaction - Monitor chat conversations and follow up with customers as needed to ensure resolution of issues - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to effectively assist customers with product or service-related queries - Maintain customer records and documentation of chat interactions for future reference
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers in a chat-based environment - Strong research skills and the ability to quickly find and present information to customers - Demonstrated strategic planning abilities to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Proficiency in using chat platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus
