Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Phorest is seeking a reliable and resilient Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Cork, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, sales, and technical issues - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools - Experience in a similar role is a plus
