Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Teckro is seeking a talented Web Chat Associate to join our team in Cork, Ireland on a part-time basis. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role requires a high level of independence and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries via the web chat platform. 2. Providing accurate information to customers regarding our products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assisting with the development and implementation of web chat strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 6. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 7. Ensuring all customer interactions are documented and tracked accurately.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently. 3. Leadership skills to motivate and guide team members. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in computer and web chat technology. 7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
