Web Chat Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Web Chat Associate to join our team at DHL in Galway, Connacht, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via web chat 2. Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction 4. Utilize negotiation skills to handle difficult situations 5. Demonstrate emotional intelligence in interactions with customers 6. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures 8. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services 9. Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Strong problem-solving skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Technical proficiency with web chat platforms 7.
