Artomatix is seeking a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This entry-level position does not require any previous experience but is ideal for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, detail-oriented, and creative.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via web chat - Assisting customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills
