Web Chat Associate

Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Web Chat Associate to join our dynamic team at Ryanair in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our web chat platform, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience overall.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via web chat - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and other related topics - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance goals - Maintain a high level of attentiveness and attention to detail when handling customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving - Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks - Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team - Comfortable using technology and learning new software programs - Dedication to providing excellent customer service - Confidence in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
