Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Amazon Ireland is seeking a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster for a part-time work-from-home position. As an Associate Level Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to assist with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience. 4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective solutions. 5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette at all times. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures in all interactions with customers. 8. Continuously learn and adapt to changes in products, services, and policies.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Strong planning and organizational skills. 5. Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using computer and web chat systems. 7. Self-motivated and energetic personality. 8. Comfortable working from home and maintaining a professional remote work environment.
