Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description: As a Web Chat Associate at &Open, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This role is remote and part-time, offering flexibility for individuals looking to work from home. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information about our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat in a professional and courteous manner - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and assistance with online orders - Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Capture and document customer interactions accurately in the system - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company - Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills

Requirements: - Entry-level position with no prior experience required - Resilient and confident personality traits - Excellent negotiation and planning skills - Strong written communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment - Ability to work flexible hours as needed
