Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Engager is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As the Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the web chat function within our organization. This role requires a high level of experience in web chat management, as well as strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of chat agents.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize web chat performance and enhance customer experience - Train and mentor chat agents to ensure they are providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality standards are being met - Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication between chat and other channels - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement new technologies to improve chat operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in web chat management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Proficient in teamwork and research soft skills
