Job Description:

Plynk, a leading financial technology company based in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a talented Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong passion for customer service and technology.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to provide excellent customer service and support - Analyze chat data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer experience - Work closely with the development team to optimize the chat platform for efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion through the chat platform - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Motivated and passionate individual with a strong drive for success - Excellent analytical skills to interpret chat data and make informed decisions - Persuasive communication skills to effectively engage and retain customers - Proficiency in relevant software and tools for web chat management - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
