Job Description - Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:


CRH plc is seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is a part-time position with a focus on mid-to-senior level candidates who have at least 8 years of experience in web chat management. We are looking for a reliable and adaptable individual who possesses exceptional attention to detail and creativity.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries - Develop strategies for improving the overall customer experience through web chat - Monitor chat interactions to identify opportunities for improvement and provide coaching to chat agents - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements to the web chat platform - Analyze chat data and metrics to track performance and identify trends - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in web chat management


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in web chat management - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proven track record of managing successful web chat platforms and driving improvements - Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Exceptional organizational and time management skills
