Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at Smurfit Kappa Group in Limerick, Munster, IE. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field. As the Remote Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our web chat system to ensure seamless communication with our customers.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat system for improved customer satisfaction - Monitor chat conversations and provide guidance to chat agents to ensure high-quality interactions - Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to implement changes to the web chat system - Train new chat agents on best practices and ensure ongoing training for current agents - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong teamwork and research skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and related software - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
