Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Manager at &Open. This is a part-time remote position based in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level Web Chat Manager with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Manage and prioritize incoming chat requests - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues - Monitor chat performance and implement improvements as needed - Conduct regular quality assurance checks on chat interactions - Assist with training new chat team members - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Self-motivated and detail-oriented - Proficiency in virtual chat platforms - Availability to work flexible hours
