Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Zutec is currently seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in the tech industry and work remotely. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are driven, confident, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about Zutec products and services through web chat. 2. Assist customers with any technical issues they may be experiencing and provide troubleshooting solutions. 3. Offer product recommendations and assist with the ordering process. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while engaging with customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for customers. 6. Utilize the chat platform to gather feedback from customers and identify areas for improvement in our products or services.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 3. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 4. Basic knowledge of web chat platforms and customer service practices. 5. Experience with people management is a plus, but not required. 6. Must be able to work remotely and have access to a stable internet connection.
