Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Officer at LinkedIn Ireland, located in Galway, Connacht, IE, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat platforms to address their inquiries, provide support, and offer solutions. This is a part-time, entry-level position suitable for individuals with no prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers on web chat platforms to provide timely and accurate assistance. 2. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Conduct research to find relevant information and resources to assist customers effectively. 4. Demonstrate leadership skills to handle challenging customer interactions and de-escalate conflicts. 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. 7. Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction metrics.
