Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

3D4Medical is looking for a dedicated Web Chat Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are independent, hardworking, and have a passion for problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Engage with website visitors through live chat to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently - Redirect complex inquiries to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
