Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Squarespace Ireland is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from home. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat sessions on our website.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner through web chat - Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support to customers - Assist customers with account setup, billing questions, and general inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback - Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to provide better support to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or similar role - Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively from home - Energetic personality with a positive attitude towards helping customers - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and online customer service tools - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
