Web Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Web Chat Officer to join our team at Dell Ireland. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and product inquiries 3. Proactively engage with customers to enhance their overall experience 4. Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Meet and exceed performance targets set by the company

Requirements: 1. Strong decision-making skills 2. Excellent research abilities 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 4. Excellent written communication skills 5. Strong attention to detail 6. Ability to learn new technologies quickly 7. Available to work part-time hours 8. No prior experience required - training will be provided 9.
