Energy Elephant is seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative on a part-time basis in our Galway, Connacht office. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support via web chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers with their energy management needs. 2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and provide accurate information. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to ongoing improvement of our services. 5. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations. 6. Demonstrate strong project management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously and meet performance targets. 7. Display leadership qualities by taking initiative, problem-solving, and effectively communicating with team members.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong written communication skills and ability to convey empathy and understanding in virtual interactions. 3. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 6. Experience in the energy industry or a related field is a plus. 7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs.
