Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Indeed Ireland Operations Limited is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong strategic planning and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in technology and web-based platforms - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
