Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team at Hilton in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests through web chat communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage in real-time web chat conversations with customers to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests. 2. Provide accurate and timely information regarding hotel reservations, amenities, policies, and services. 3. Utilize knowledge of Hilton's offerings to proactively recommend and upsell products or services to customers. 4. Assist customers in navigating the Hilton website and online booking platform. 5. Escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for data security and customer privacy.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling. 3. Proficiency in multitasking and time management to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient in using web chat software and other digital communication tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
