Job Description:

NewsWhip is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role is ideal for individuals who are independent and dedicated, with excellent project management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 3. Identify opportunities for improvement in our chat support processes and provide feedback to management. 4. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. 5. Monitor chat metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Project management and strategic planning skills. 5. Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
