Job Description: Smurfit Kappa Group is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team in Galway, Connacht, Ireland. As a Remote Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through our website's chat feature to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
