Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Glofox in Dublin, Ireland. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our web chat platform. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve in real-time.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through our web chat platform to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide support - Monitor chat conversations and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on product information and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Hardworking and independent work ethic - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Knowledge of web chat platforms and customer service software is a plus
