Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Oracle Ireland. This part-time Associate Level position will be based in Dublin, Ireland. As a Remote Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support, while representing the company in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live web chat 2. Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution 3. Research and gather information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers 4. Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and meet performance goals 5. Maintain a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers 6. Continuously adapt to changes in technology and company procedures 7. Demonstrate leadership skills by setting a positive example for team members 8. Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers 9. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency 10. Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or web chat support role 2. Confidence in communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs 3. Strong research skills to quickly gather information and provide accurate responses 4. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others in a team environment 5. Ability to work remotely and independently while still contributing to team goals 6. Willingness to travel for training and professional development opportunities 7.
