Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Wayflyer is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated, and possess excellent project management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through web chat communication - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and make recommendations to management

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasive communication style to effectively influence customer behavior - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly - Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing is a plus
