Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Xocean is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Entry-Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service through web chat interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and strategic planning abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in using web chat software and CRM systems
