Job Description:
We are looking for a Support Assistant to join our remote team at Hilton in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our remote office.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to team members, including organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and managing email correspondence. 2. Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed. 3. Communicate with team members and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and events. 4. Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our remote office by assisting with various tasks as assigned. 5. Help maintain a positive and productive working environment for all team members.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. 6. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
