Job Description:
Kinesis Health Technologies is seeking a reliable and motivated Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote work, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers and clients.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and courteous manner - Resolving customer issues and escalating to higher levels of support when necessary - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure high-quality support is delivered consistently - Conducting research to stay up-to-date on product updates and enhancements - Maintaining a high level of cooperation with team members and other departments - Meeting and exceeding customer service targets and goals
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or related role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
