Job Description: GirlCrew is seeking a Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Limerick, Munster, IE. As a Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations and providing exceptional support to our customers. This role is at a Mid-to-Senior level and requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the support team, ensuring all customer inquiries and issues are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner - Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the support team to streamline processes and improve efficiency - Monitor support ticketing system and ensure all tickets are resolved within agreed upon SLAs - Provide regular reports and analysis on support performance, highlighting areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Train and mentor support team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our processes
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a management position - Resourceful and reliable with a strong ability to problem-solve and think on your feet - Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives - Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues worldwide - Proficiency in customer support software and ticketing systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
