Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Opening.io is seeking a part-time Support Officer to join our team, working remotely from Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level Support Officer, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Work closely with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training as needed - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Confident and passionate about customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
