Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Support Officer to join our team at Glofox. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients remotely. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a prompt and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in the development of customer support resources such as FAQs and knowledge base articles - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices
