Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Wayflyer is seeking a driven and confident Support Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a part-time Associate level role, this position is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer experience. 6. Contribute to the development and implementation of support processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong project management skills and the ability to make decisions independently. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
