Job description:
Wayflyer, a fast-growing fintech company, is seeking a talented Support Specialist to join our team remotely in Cork, Ireland. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and offers a great opportunity for growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via email, chat, or phone - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and inquiries - Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and resolutions - Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our platform - Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Adaptable and resourceful mindset - Emotional intelligence and adaptability - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
