Job Description:
Energy Elephant is seeking a confident and driven Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work setting. As an Entry Level Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This position is ideal for someone who possesses problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions - Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem resolution - Collaborate with the technical team to escalate issues as needed - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with customer onboarding and training activities - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Confident and driven personality with a strong desire to succeed - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Demonstrated leadership abilities in previous roles - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
