Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Oracle Ireland is seeking a part-time Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and provide essential assistance to our customers. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, independent, and possess strong research and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle products and services - Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and effective support delivery - Stay up-to-date on Oracle products and services to provide accurate and relevant support - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution - Assist in creating support resources and knowledge base articles for customer self-service

Requirements: - Associate level seniority with at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and research abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Technical knowledge of Oracle products and services is a plus - Experience working remotely is preferred
