Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance and support - Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other customer service tasks as needed
