Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Assistant at Squarespace Ireland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Waterford, Munster, IE. We are looking for a hardworking and independent individual who possesses strong research skills and attention to detail. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through our web chat platform to assist with inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Conduct research to gather relevant information and solutions to customer issues - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and issues - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions - Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
