Job Description:
LinkedIn Ireland is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our remote team. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our web chat customer service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor the web chat customer service team, ensuring they meet performance objectives and KPIs. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of web chat operations. 3. Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance their customer service skills and performance. 4. Analyze web chat data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all channels. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and conflict resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in web chat customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in managing web chat customer service operations. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Resilient and hardworking attitude, with a focus on exceeding customer expectations. 7.
